Age: 3-4 years Sex: Female Breed: Staffy Cross
Jenna arrived at Moorview 2 weeks before Christmas 2017. Jenna is a four year old Staffie cross and she is one of the friendliest and loveliest dogs you could meet.
Jenna is only here because her owner has very poor health and can no longer take care of her, her owner is heartbroken to let her go.
Jenna was brought up with 7 cats, so we believe her to be cat friendly. Her owner says she is dog friendly and loves playing with other dogs. We have tested her with other dogs at the rescue and she has shown no signs of aggression or fear, however when in foster, Jenna showed some signs of anxiety when meeting other dogs, so although Jenna is sociable, she does get scared with new experiences and is quite a sensitive girl who will need lots of positive reward training, and careful introductions to new dogs. She also still needs a bit of work on her lead.
Jenna is housetrained and ok being left on her own for reasonable periods of time.
Jenna is a really happy lovely dog who loves her belly being tickled and the bottom of her tail scratched. She does get a bit excitable, especially when playing with squeaky toys, but she will eventually calm down. It just means Jenna will require lots of exercise and runs to the park!
